I know I say this every single week, but maybe this will be the week I actually hand in my coursework. Every time I say this, I neglect that one subject that I haven't polished up yet. This week, I will hand in my English coursework and bam, it's time to revise. There's one really important event this week (*hint hint*), and then I will become a hermit for the next two and a half months. Let me  just apologize and warn you now, because otherwise you will become extremely disheartened by my content. P.S. In honor of last week's World Book Day, this week will feature only "what to read!" (can we at least pretend that's the reason hahahahahaha I'm so tired)

What to Read

Inside The Pixar Braintrust, the Fast Company

Ever wondered how an animation power house is able to remain at the top for well over a decade? Well, Pixar's answer is the Braintrust, where innovators are open to suggest their ideas at unique meetings. Job goals? Pretty close, if you ask me.

The Evolution of the Selfie Face, Elle Magazine online

Since that little camera has appeared the front of our phones, the faces we make in pictures have shifted. Here are some of the most popular ones we do!

On Beauty: Karlie Kloss, Vogue Beauty

I read this beauty interview, and have now planned to read the entire series. Karlie Kloss (and countless other beauty icons) have shared where they learnt about skincare and makeup, their favorite products and some really useful secrets on how to recreate their looks.

A Visit to Prada Marfa, Vogue

Ever wondered about the Prada Marfa print in Gossip Girl? Well, it's based off of this installed sculpture. This Vogue article discusses the sculpture's infamous concept, the experience of visiting and some of the celebrities who have been past Marfa, Texas.

When Your Only Love Is the Only One, Ezinne Ukoha via Medium

The embarrassingly single girl shares a poem on love. Oh, the irony. Bitterness aside, this creative piece is a lovely short read!

What Is Nostalgia Good For? Quite a Bit, Research Shows - NYTimes.com

Ever wondered what the value of nostalgia is? Well, a few years ago, the New York Times put together a piece to understand exactly why it happens, and why it could be good for us.

Well, that's it for this week! Let me know what you'd like to see from us :)
